Through our photography and videography expertise, we aimed to capture the heart and soul of DEPHER's incredible work, showcasing their mission and inspiring others to contribute to their cause.

DEPHER, A Lifeline for the Vulnerable. DEPHER, short for Disability and Elderly Plumbing and Heating Emergency Repair, was established in 2017 with a noble vision in mind. They set out to offer free or affordable emergency plumbing and heating services to those in need, ensuring that vulnerable individuals have access to warmth, comfort, and safety in their homes.

DEPHER relies significantly on public donations to cover the costs of labour and materials required to carry out their essential services. It is through these generous contributions that they can provide free services during the winter months when the need for heating and hot water is most crucial. During the summer, they offer discounted rates to ensure ongoing support for their beneficiaries. DEPHER understands the financial challenges faced by their clients, and they even allocate a portion of their funds to assist those struggling to afford basic necessities like food for themselves and their families.

At SAZ MEDIA, we recognised the incredible impact DEPHER was making in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
